Dance moves & notes for thieves dance

Here are some notes for the thieves to use when practising their dance at home. Click here for the music.

1. The Crazy trotter

In a line, holding onto elbows. Trotting feet. Arms in time to music (4 beat). Front & back controlling arm moves, front thief knees & legs high in air.
1a. Crazy trotter alternative version
Same as above but everyone bob down sometimes
1b. Crazy trotter freestyle

Y6 script & music

If you've forgotten your script for the Y6 end of year play, there's a copy you can download here (current @11 June - may be amended during rehearsals).
We've also some of the music we'd like to use for the scenes available for you to listen to - we'll need to cut these down to about 90 to 120s and the selections might change as rehearsals go on: Scene 3, p8; Scene 5, p17; Scene 5, p19. There is more music & dancing in the play - this is just a selection.

Egglympic Update

April 1, 2010

We have winners!!

The Y6 Egglympic Games were won by the Yo-yokies - Nicholas, Ewan, Orlando, TJ and Owen. Their fantastic discus design helped them to beat their very close rivals the Eggsta Eggcellent Bunnies who lost by just 1 point. Eggstra, Eggrstra Read All About It came third.

All the children worked brilliantly together and had a fantastic time.
